Magnesium Malate in large amounts to remove the aluminum from your bowels will fix the paralyzed intestines. One of the benefits of Mag. Malate is that it also dissolves gall/kidney stones.

Also large amounts of Ascorbic Acid (Pharmaceutical grade) to bowel tollerance, that depending on your Lead content can be as high as 12g and as low as 3g but don't take less then 3g at a time. Best to find some powder so you don't have to swallow massive amounts of capsules. There is a bit of punishment once those bowels unblock but no pain no gain :)
