Hello,
This is my first post. I am not officiallydiagnosed w/Celiac Disease, tho I have a huge sensitivity to gluten, it wreaks havoc on my system for 2-3 weeks after being accidentally glutened.
I discovered this problem with gluten after colon cleansing for 8 months, then doing a 10 day master cleanse last winter. After the MC, when I started eating solid foods, gluten brought me to my knees wihtin 20 minutes, it was a nightmare. From a spelt tortilla. I've been glutened 4 times since February, and when that has happened since then, I notice extreme cramping in my intestines, about 10 days later my body refuses food, my dehydration levels incrase, and then when I start feeling better I can eat more about 2-3 weeks later.
I am continutally cleansing, it is a lifestyle for me. I am a very good eater re: food combining, fruits and veggies, water intake, I have the dream eating habits only a mother could dream of. I take regular supplements for a variety of things, and yes, parasites are a nuisance and incessant and those seem under control but I can flare up when I get lax. I don't believe I'll be able to focus on completely ridding myself of parasites until my intestines are healed completely and I've passed the mucoid plaque; until then, parasites are do-able, they're just such a nuisance.
I've done 2 colonics in the past, over the past week in desperation I gave myself some water enemas which helped wonderfully because my colon seeemd so severely dehydrated and still recuperating from the gluten experience a few weeks ago.
I was wondering if anyone has used colonics or enemas to help the intestines heal after being glutened? And how else can colonics or enemas help my system heal? I was thinknig about adding some L-Glutamine to my enema to help the colon lining.
THank you,
R
