I live in Finland of all places and last winter I remember I had the best sauna in my life, the air wasnt too cold, little windy tho and we had this wooden sauna by a very large frozen lake in the middle of the winter. After few rounds of that very hot sauna and running straight to icy water "avanto" and staying there for a minute or two and surmerging I felt a lot clearer that day. One month I tried a lot of alcohol, but I only ended up not feeling those parasites at the time. I have now stopped eating much dairy or Sugar at all, I drink only water or pure juices. I eat raw garlic and a lot of walnuts and other nuts. I shower 2 times a day which also helps in some odd way and I change my sheets twice a week. And take a sauna once in a while.
I have also done yoga and meditation and a lot of martial arts but all this has fallen away slowly as I feel too weak for real practice and the headaches really *uck up my meditation and I am unable to feel the energy as of this year. Also my massage therapist says that he is unable to direct energy through my leg but then he did not know I had a large cyst in it.
I live close by to my parents' house and they have a garden with a lot of basic stuff.
I now think I have grabbed the attention of 3 MDs, a parasitologist, virologist and a neurologist, with whom I have some testing starting this week I hope. Also my leg operation is due end of this month. Ill go to those herbal cures whatever results tho, but I think Ill do that after the operation.
