I'm pretty sure Arjuna's Arrows have sanguinaria in them. That would be bloodroot.
That would also explain the dramatic sensations you are having in your body. You can feel Bloodroot hunting down parasites and viruses and cancer in your body. Check the bottle. If I am correct, taking powdered Bloodroot will be a lot less expensive and more powerful way to get rid of the critters. Warning: The recommended dose of powdered Bloodroot is 1-2 teaspoons twice daily in juice. If you are as toxic as I was, one sixteenth of teaspoon will make you projectile vomit. Start low and build slow. It has taken me five years to detoxify my system enough that I can take a teaspoon of it without throwing up. And it still makes me nauseaus.

Don't take it continuously. Give your body breaks from it.
