large amounts of water and no Sodium won't kill you that fast! It takes a long time infact I had a situation where by I was using alot of potassium in the form of supplements and Bananas. I was drinking lots of water and I did this for at least 2 years. I had a Eczema type condition on my eyes which hounded me for months and I just didn't know what it was. I do all the parasite and zapping stuff everything. I quickly learnt from one teaspoon of salt that I was very low in Sodium. I dont have any processed foods and stopped salt. This is a bad move and needs to be highlighted. It works very quick when you put it back in!
