I admire you and I know you know your stuff as I have read many of your post but why don't you juice okra with your greens and get the full value. Grind the flaxseeds up and eat within 10 minutes. after you make your juice, add the ground up flaxseeds on top like a topping. I mix in some fennel also and sometimes I put some pumpkin seeds for parasite cleansing.
