I completed Liver Flush #14 yesterday morning. I used magnesium citrate instead of Epsom Salts .

I saw 3 stones that were the size of peanut M&Ms, a couple that were the size of a pea, and the rest (maybe 1/2 cup or so) were tiny. I also saw quite a few fluke pieces (time for a parasite cleanse).

My liver area has been quite tender lately, and since it has been a while since I had flushed last, I figured that this was most likely the culprit.

I am now doing a Master Cleanse, which should give my liver a rest from fat for a few days.
