Hi TAL....yup, you can do the parasite cleanse, Bowel Cleanse and Master-Cleanse all together...I wanted to do something like that and was directed to this address: http://www.prostate90.com/program/c5ultimate_fast.html

It's the Ultimate Fast, a variation on the regular MC. I didn't do the parasite cleanse with it, though.
