Colonix is supposed to be good, but its high price has kept me from ever trying it. Basically it is a combination cleanse with a herbal laxative tea, a high fiber drink and anti parasite herbs. You can use individual products like Yogi or Smooth Move laxative teas and the psyllium drink. You can look in your local health food store and find a variety of parasite cleanses. Your total price will be a fraction of Colonix, but you will not have the specific instructions and may need to self-experiment. About five years ago I did a combined bowel and parasite cleanse using Smooth Move tea, Yerba Prima brand psyllium (although any brand will work) and a parasite cleanse called Parastroy. All the products cost me about $50.00 five years ago. For the first few days I fasted with the MAsyer Cleanse drink, but this proved to be too harsh. I stopped fasting and kept up with the parasite and colon cleansing. One morning I felt a peculiar cramping and pulling sensation. When I got to the bathroom I passed nearly four feet of hard rubbery matter studded with dozens of worms. The following day I passed another couple of feet of the hard, hollow, rubbery material followed by a few more feet of spongy matter that was the psyllium pushing out the accumilated hard matter lining my colon, plus a lot of parasites. I believe that, whether you use a commercially prepared product or your own separate ingredients, that a combined colon and parasite cleanse is one of the most important things an adult can do for their health. Just for the record, I also believe a series of liver/gallbladder flushes can benefit most adults and help restore a healthy balance to the body.
