I am preparing myself for my 1st fast. I have been doing a lot of reading. I have read that to kill parasites you should takr 2 caps of garlic twice a day, or 1tbs of liquid aged garlic extract with 1 cup water a day. Is this true? Also how much juice should I drink? What I have read so far wrote I could drink up to 2 cups of herbal tea a day. Am I recieving true informaion?
