the zapper that is talked about on this site helps but I have found that you need to zap longer than the recogmended 7 minutes on with a rest of 20 minutes followed with 7 min on, 20 min rest and another 7 min on. It takes about 20 min continuous zapping to get parasites on the skin. I'm not sure if the parasites are stronger since they are on the experior of the body or if the zapping does not have a good contact with the lice since they are outside. Peroxide also works but it lightens the hair... I put a quart in the bath and soak in it....CAUTION SURE NONE GETS IN THE EYES. GOOD LUCK and keep us informed
