If you're unable to digest your meat and other proteins, it can. Candida is caused by your digestion not working properly.

In the short term, I'd cut back on the meat and all proteins and eat more fruits and salads. That alone will fix the Candida, because fruit is so easy to digest.

You can fix digestion by: water-only fasting, liver tonics (Dr Charlie), fruitarian diet for 3 months, liver flushing. parasite cleanse (take Humaworm or Barefoots dewormer) may also be causing your liver problems. See Dr Sutters forum for fixing your liver. Fix your liver, fix your digestion.

I had Candida for 10 years and beat it btw.
