... reduced glutathione in my researching glutathione (GSH) , if taken orally where it is absorbed into the stomach is of not much value. GSH is a tri-peptide and when the stomach acids get ahold of that, the peptide bonds are broken, sending the 3 amino acids that were bound, back to their original forms. IV GSH will bypass this and according to the research Readisorb will bypass the stomach acids as well.

it appears that the chronic infections alter the body chemistry that detox becomes very difficult. so taking the approach of killing off the pathogens first would aid detox. on the other hand some of these pathogens are flourishing because of metal toxicity. Dr. Dietrich Kleingheardt (sp) has good research on his site, I know you can find some of his research on mercola.com. His idea is to detox and kill off the pathogens.

parasites cause much trouble. some of the good Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome doctors look at GI based infections first and deal with those before graduating to the others.
