I can recommend Humaworm for a starters.
Personally, I like to shake it up and do
more than one kind of parasite cleanse.

You should do a round and then allow your
body to integrate that cleanse for awhile.
For me that is usually a few weeks to a
month. Humaworm has a good tonic tea which
is like Essiac plus. With your level of
toxicity, it might make you more comfortable
to get some of that too.

Be sure to drink plenty of fresh water
while you are detoxing. Sipping is preferred
