Definitley not pharma, unless you have made a range of natural attempts. Depending upon your budget the products I have had the most positive results with are:

Most of these companies will say that you can stay on your current SAD diet and ever person has there own pace of health advancement, but I would suggest a fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables only and if you can manage try to fast on fruit juices such as pineapple and pumkin/garlic nut milk which is poison to the parasites. The fasting could be way too much for your system depending upon your load. Good luck and I am sure more cz members will chime in. Just remember to do what feels safe healthy for your body, don't puch the limits. What did you test positve for? I believe some of the members know of specific regimes for specific critters, but I stronly believe that if you have one specie, you have many more.
