I am taking in all of this information and have never done any cleansing yet. From what I am reading I want to start by taking the Anti- parasite Herbs, A healthy diet, and then I can start the Colon Cleansing, Right? Are the Colon, Bowel, and Intestinal Cleanse the same thing? By doing one or the other are you cleansing the same organs? I was confused about that. Some of the cleanses say Intestine, some say bowel, and others say colon. Are they working for all 3 at once? Thanks for any answers. I am looking forward to feeling healthier, but want to make sure I begin in the right place before I start.
