Hi there, I just started the P&B shakes today and like the other message a little nervous about what I am going to go through. I read on the Psyllium container that it may cause allergic reations in some. Has anyone every heard of any? I have had a major alleergic reation to different drugs and a little worried. But so far so good today. I also got some probiotics and started them, just wondering about the parasite cleanse...I am still doing some research, but a little confused on what to take. I have takedn Grapefruit seed before and wondering if I just start that again will it help. Any info, insight would be great. I really want to stick this out and feel better. Thanks!
