It never occur to me to drink in small quantity. So slipping my drinks could be a place to start, and maybe I'm still dehydrated. I do weeding 3 times a week in a herb farm, so maybe I'm not consumming enough water with the explosure to sun. I'll work on water, and more water.

I bought a bottle of digestive enzyme and probiotics this evening (NZ time). In my desperation, I had one of each half an hour before dinner with filtered water, and took one of each again immediately after dinner. 3 hours after dinner now and I'm giving lots of gas.

Yes, I'll try the olive oil massage before going to bed tonight.

Should I use probiotics since I do enema everyday?

I don't have no awareness of reacting to sugar. I don't have a sweet tooth as I prefer savouries such as chippies.
No allegies - at least not that I'm aware of.

I did one week of parasite cleanse (clark's) after the MC. But I didn't pass any parasite. I did 3 liver cleanse passing maybe 300 pea like stones at max, between Master-Cleanse period and now. Dr Schulze's IF#1, consummed about 4 hundreds capsules. Tried P&B but was constipated. Hm...that's all.
