Hi Summer,
Pellet-like feces usually indicates dehydration. A number of things can influence your need for water...how much fiber you take (cleanse or no cleanse), how active you are, humidity in the air, consuming coffee, sodas, alcohol, drugs or medications, if you fly frequently...probably others that I can't think of at the moment. How you drink the water is also a factor...guzzling large quantities at a time does not give the body a chance to absorbb it all...better to drink smaller amounts more frequently. It can take several weeks of consistent adequate water intake to really get you good and hydrated...and if you slack off here and there it can make a big difference.
Tracey mentioned olive oil abdominal massages....she's right, they are very helpful. You also might try castor oil packs which help to increase circulation and break up congestion. They also help to relieve some stress...which the digestive system is particularly sensitive to. If you don't already do something to help with stress you should start...meditation, yoga, taiji, deep breathing exercises etc. are all excellent for offsetting the effects fo stress.
Yes, you should use both probiotics and digestive enzymes...especially when you see so much undigested food in your stool. Once you start the Colon Cleanse hold off on the probiotics...but they may help you in the meantime.
Sorry but I can't remember...have you had problems with candida, parasites of allergies? Do you notice any changes when you eat dairy, Sugar or flour products...lots of people have problems with these? Have you done any other cleanses?
