Hi Bloated,
I'm just going to run down things point form if that's ok.
The Diflucan takes years to seriously harm your liver. If you take it for a few months you should be fine. As I understand, it's similar to Nilstat, which my father has taken for 15 years. I'm not saying this is good! I'm just saying you shouldn't worry or stress out about taking it for a few weeks.
Some people find that gas and bloating is caused by their probiotics, but it could also be the Candex. Stop taking one of those and see what happens in a few days.
You should not take Epsom Salts unless it's part of a liver cleanse. Taking Epsom Salts on a regular basis is not good.

There is nothing to worry about with a liver cleanse. I'm not sure why people are scared of them. If you are scared, you can start taking lecithin. Lecithin will start dissolving the stones. Your liver cleanse will not be as dramatic (will turn stones into sand), but it will go smoother.
If this is your first blood and liver enzyme test, I'd have it done. It's weird, that was the first test I've had done, but there are lots of different blood levels that should be checked for regarding liver and kidneys. For me, these tests did not tell me anything I didn't already know. I knew when my liver was sick, I knew when it was healthy. Also, if your levels are bad they will diagnose you with one of many liver or kidney diseases, tell you it's uncurable and want you to take drugs to control it.
Regarding colonics, I did a series of 8 and found they did not really help. The first one helped get some old material out but so does fasting and eating organics. My regularity depends on my diet, fasting, and herbs like LBB. I've also read that colonics is harmful to your bowel health, but I've also read that it helps, so it's hard to know who to believe. I guess I find it unnatural and since it didn't help with anything, was expensive, I stopped. So YMMV, if you need to save money, this is where I'd do it.
Definitely stop taking any laxatives. LBB from Barefoot is not a laxative and you should try taking the maximum amount he recommends each day. You need to gain strength back in your colon and GI, not depend on outside sources to do it for you (or to overstimulate and tire the system out like laxatives do).
I stay away from digestive enzymes if I'm eating organics like fruits and veggies, they practically digest themselves. I only use them when I eat the odd meat dish.
Instead of zapping I'd take Humaworm. Zapping works ok (and works for some problems other than Candida), but it also kills the friendly bacteria and most of them are overpriced.
My bloating was fixed with a Humaworm parasite cleanse and eating mostly fruit. Not all parasite cleanses are equal, I did one before Humaworm and it was useless. Humaworm is great (and cheap).

If you are looking for advice on diet, this is very good.

Personally, I would simplify things. If you have the time, I would fast. Start reading a book like "The Miracle of Fasting" by Bragg and do a 7 to 14 day fast. After that do a parasite cleanse and eat a diet composed of mostly organics. Stop all the supplements for a while and anything "unnatural". That's what I would do.
