Hi Jess,
The Ultimate fast is basically The Master Cleanse with a p&b Colon Cleanse added...it also incorporates a parasite cleanse. If you run a search for Ultimate Fast you can get the full protocol. If it is more complicated than what you are looking for you can simply add p&b shakes to the Master Cleanse.
P&b can remove some parasites, but a parasite cleanse should also be done...it primarily removes toxic plaque. parasites can set up home in virtually any area of your body and the p&b only addresses the GI tract. parasites love the gunk in your intestines and can hide in and under it. I would do the parasite cleanse towards the end or immeiately after the colon cleanse.
Yes, you can continue with the Colon Cleanse when you have resumed eating.
No, you should not experience urgency or be tied to the bathroom while using the p&b. As you move up in doses you will have more frequent bowel movements, but the urge will be as it normally is. I have successfully done Colon Cleanses while working a regular schedule. Intestinal cramping generally does not occur, although you may experience times when you don't feel the greatest...this usually occurs when toxic material has loosened from the intestine and is making its way through. Once it exits the feeling passes. Constipation can happen while using p&b and is usually the result of insufficient water or the release of a significant amount of gunk that temporarily clogs the pipes. Taking an enema or colonic is a good idea to clear it out, and cut down on the shakes anytime this happens until regular elimination has resumed.
I know a lot of people consider the Master-Cleanse to be a Bowel Cleanse as well. I disagree. Mucoid plaque is rarely passed on other cleanses and never in the quantity as it is with a thorough colon cleanse...I've done rounds of both and they each have benefits but are not interchangeable. Also, I don't advise the salt water flushes if you are regularly eliminating on the p&b.
