i was taking 1tablespoon of Bentonite with2 teaspoons of psyllium husk twice a day,but today i have tried 1 tablespoon of Bentonite with 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk twice,to see what happens,i have also bought some walnut and Wormwood formula and cloves to try the parasite cleanse,do you think this is a good idea?i will also try to increase my water a bit more,the trouble is i have to get up 4 times in the night to visit the bathroom to pass water and i'm hardly getting any sleep,when i wake up to visit the bathroom i'm all of a sweat and feeling nauseous(dont know if this is due to perimenopause or bowel problem?)thanks for the book suggestion i will get a copy.Jeanette.
