great results you've had already. I'm hoping to see some changes now that I can do it better. having the feet secure makes a big difference.

I find it very relaxing when I invert...today my digestive system was great! although it may have been all the aloe vera juice I've been having, as well...

my parasite problem (it's not a worry about possibly having it..it's already there. unfortunately)...it's better though. not gone yet, but better than before.

I'll keep you posted on how this goes, I think as many healthful things that I can do, the better.
