thanks again for your advice... i've done quite a few Liver Cleanses before (to no avail), though not the specific parasite cleanse you mention. but wouldn't my 20 day fast have killed any parasites?

i DO eat a lot of fruit, just not the ones that seem to exacerbate the eczema, so i don't think i have gallstones.

i think you are right about just "living with it" until the next fast because, as i mentioned before, i don't want to take a bunch of complicated and expensive supplements (herbs included)... i've just been there too many times and it hasn't helped.
