You can boost your immune system all you want, eventually it will get overrun by parasites. parasites want to multiply and suck as much life out of you as they can without killing you. If your liver is "super healthy", it just means they will take more.

Also, for Candida, just killing the Candida (with your immune system), all of the byproduct toxins that are created by killing the Candida must get absorbed by the liver, making your liver very toxic after a while. That leads to Gallstones in the liver, which leads to worst digestion, which leads to worse candida. It's a cycle that just gets worse over time.

I think boosting your immune system has it's place, I just don't think anyone will ever conquer Candida by boosting their immune system.

Of course, these are just my observations from self experimentation over a number of years, your mileage may vary.
