I was using Homemade Blue Vervain instead of Wormwood this time. I stopped the extracts for a day to see if my appetite would go back to normal and it did, so the extracts/ die off is working. Looking forward to seeing a dead parasite or two. The gym sounds good to me! Thanks for the encouragement Julie.
