Also try to get as healthy as possible..

Diet change, parasite removal, colon cleanses, liver flushing, detoxing, fasting, taking in less toxins, avoiding stress ect ect..

This his worked wonders for me so far.. my lips still peel but the skin is MUCH thinner and my peeling cycle is very easy to manage compared to before.
