Andy Messick, owner of over 800 rental units in trixie and yuppieville, Linclon Park, Chicago Illinois DOUBLED AND TRIPLED all his rents and TRIPLE plus JACKED all his bad housing prices to the stupid, the loser snakes and the pimps, when he saw leechen parasite weak yuppie males try to get scam and get ahead by pimping thier "stupid" wives out on the streets at jobs, to bring in a second paycheck. SO ANDY DOUBLED AND TRIPLED RENTS to get the pimps money. Messick Construction, call them, thier in the book, and ask Andy why he DOUBLED and TRIPLED his rents and tripled RE prices when he saw weak giggilo snake males trying to pimp thier 'stupid' wives for that second paycheck. Andy pimped out the pimps and took the pimps money by inflating rental prices because pimps seek working wives to leech off of and derserve to lose. I guess that makes you mad.

Same with sellers, lenders and realtors. If your a weak non providing man who needs to leech off a womans paycheck and a childs milk and cookie money and time. THE BIZ WORLD knows what you are and a pimp is seen for what he is, a pimp. No one in the biz world will have mercy on a wife and kid pimp or give a pimp a fair deal.

As for developers thier hands and arms are in the WRINGERS up to thier shoulders and wringing thier torsos for awhile now. Developers whine and cry day and night, they fly in desperation to las vegas to try to WIN money because thier loans are delinquent and NO ONE WILL BUY thier built 30 years too late, shabby white elephant styrofoam mcmansions and greasy cheezy bad too late for market condo conversions.
Developers are begging mds and other professionals to please invest with them so the lenders do not call in thier loans and foreclosure on the developers whose units sit UNSOLD for 4, 5 and 6 YEARS now. All ill timed, bad demographic, bad developments. The Watermelon thru the snake shows a need for senior retirement housing, handicapped equipped housing, SRO's and low income housing. You obviously do not know the public markets, the glut of baby boom buyers are entering EN MASSE dottering drooling 1st and 2nd heart attack surviving arthritic old fart age, the buyers MARKET can no longer walk up stairs, they need one level, 1st floor level and handicap equipped units and downsized affordable housing. The 62 million single parent and divorced moms with kids can buy and rent only AFFORDABLE LOW INCOME HOUSING and the 50 million deadbeat dads,76% divorce rate, those out of work and soon to be out of work homeless white male bums need and can barely afford SRO housing units, single room occupancy, housing. The only developers who made and are making money are those who are intelligent and build and built SRO's, senior housing, handicapped equipped housing and affordable low income housing. The rest of the stupid phoney baloney fiat crap developers went under and are going under, trying to sell thier bodies on street corners to old qveer men at night, just trying to stave off losing everything.
Your not a very good debater. All you do is show your lack of demographic market knowledge.
Your probably just mad because you bought the american dream 'lie' overpaid, and got the american nightmare 'reality' instead.
Next time put some facts and viable verifiable information in your non sense snippet and slander posts.
We bought our lake house for 50% of ask. We offered 40% to the liar realtor and the sellers countered with 60%, and we closed at 50%. My father in law bought 8 houses and 3 farms offering 40% of ASK PRICE and getting the properties at 40 and 50% of liars inflated ask. YOU are free to pay ask price of liars or even triple the ask price of inflaters and liars. You can give the BK attorneys work and be of benefit that way.
