Well, under the facts you mention, I would definitely not wait to finish the parasite cleanse. That seems to be totally secondary.
I would certainly do a complete liver flush.
Your symptoms are clear of someone who nmeeds to flush and clean your gb and bile ducts.
The Epsom Salt helps, but it certainly is not the solution, instead, it works as a supporting tool in the flush.

parasite cleanse is great when you can wait, in your case a Liver Flush should do the trick and you ought to get rif of the pain.

Remember you are a candidate for several flushes. Maybe one every two weeks till you keep seeing stones coming out.

I had a very bad gb attack years ago. My doctors said the only wait out was the surgery. I decided to flush and haven´t had an attack in years now.
When my upper back pain comes back I know it is time to flush. This now happens twice year on average.

Don´t be afraid, we learn that flushing is simple and efficient and a million times better then having your gb removed.
