I really don't know anything about glandular problems but I have had candida problems for about 10 years and just recently figured it out. I'm 30 years old and have struggled with Acne all my life, which I understand now was just the candida. Right now I'm on day 7 of The Master Cleanse and its really clearing up my skin and hopefully the candida too. I haven't started the BED diet yet, that will come after the cleanse. But I'm thinking that in my experience I have also had some horrific skin problems related to the candida. At one point I started this intensive probiotic program and I got a rash on my chest and neck that made me want to cry. When I was on that program I had at least a month of die off.
