I'm not familiar with Andreas Moritz protocol for flushing, but I think he is great. I would be very reluctant to drink coke as it contains tons of corn syrup that could feed the candida. There will be those that say, oh, it's fine, it's passing through you, but my belief is, if it's IN you, it can feed the candida.

I've never had any problem with the evoo/lemon juice mixture getting slimey, I actually kind of like the taste, but you can get nauseated by it. After drinking it, it's important to lie down, I do, but I prop my upper body up so I don't get nauseous. I also, after drinking the salts and after drinking the evoo/lemon oil mixture, use a massager over my liver to assist the stones in moving. Here's the link to Hulda Clark s.

The reason for drinking the Epsom Salts is to relax the bile ducts. If you don't do that, you could become very uncomfortable as you are trying to flush without opening the bile ducts. Do not omit this step! (if you're doing Hulda Clark s, if not, I don't know how Andreas addresses this issue). Please DO eat the day of, low or non fat, up until 2 pm, again with Hulda Clark s. It's too hard to not eat the day of, you could become very weak and not want to ever do it again. I don't know about taking the parasite and silver things before hand. Might be too much. It is advised to do a parasite protocol prior to flushing (not the day OF) as you cannot have a successful flush with parasites in your liver.
