They do not look like the main parasite which is likely fluke. The other stuff is mucus and stuff from the fluke. I am begining to suspect that much of this is mucus containing the 'poop' of the parasites. Not sure, could be growth stages or egg type things. I do not see a fully identifiable animal. I am pretty sure, though, that the debris is a result of parasitic infection. The itchy scalp is an indicator for sure.
