I started doing a 35% h2o2 cleanse and made it up to 25 drops a day 3 times a day and on the 8th day of that dosage just as I was getting ready to start tapering off I have been hit with every die-off symptom in the book. Fatigue,sinus infection, nausea, brain fog, flu-like feeling, flashing skin, watery diarrhea...pretty much all of them. I have stopped the peroxide for 3 days now and the symptoms have eased ever so slightly but the watery stool which I got rid of with charcoal and schulze's in2 have came back with a vengeance the first time I tried eating again. I am a cleansing veteran but this is my first parasite cleanse. I had never used h2o2 before and have never ever experienced any die off like this.

I was going to taper it if the die off started but it came on so fast there really wasnt much chance. I am wondering if this is something fairly normal or if I am killing myself with this stuff. I do know I was needing a candida cleanse pretty bad but damn....it seems like the sinus infection hit first and then came the flu on its heels....now the watery diarrhea which I can stand everything but heading to the bathroom every 30 minutes.

Do I need to take a few more days off to let the symptoms die down or do I need to get back on the horse and finish the ride? I can handle the die-off....hell if I know it isnt going to kill me I can handle it. I dont want to permanently damage myself here though....the parasite cleanse is a new step for me.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
