Okay, so I'm dropping all those things from my diet that you mentioned. The pediatrician has me on Dr. Sears elimination diet:

• Eat only range-fed turkey and lamb, baked or boiled potatoes and sweet potatoes (with salt and pepper only), rice and millet as your only grain, cooked green and yellow squash for your vegetable, and for fruit, pears and diluted pear juice. Drink a rice-based beverage drink in place of milk on cereal or in cooking. Do not yet use soy beverage. Take a calcium supplement. (Rice products, such as rice beverage, rice-based frozen dessert, rice pasta, rice flour, and millet are available in nutrition stores.)

The pediatrician said that I can continue the cod liver oil, because it shouldn't cause anything, but I haven't been taking it just in case (the reason why I was taking it is for baby's brain development). And she wants me to give my daughter Carlson's omega 3 fish oil, which she said should help her skin, but I haven't done that yet---I'm not sure what to do. She also said to apply Calendula cream---which I've been doing. Its a homeopathic cream and it has made a huge difference. Her skin looks so much better and its allowed the scabs to soften up and fall off and makes the redness go away and heals the skin quickly. But, I'm not too sure about the ingredients--one of them is a paraben, which I don't like. The doc said she doesn't want to put her on steroid cream, which would be a last resort. She said if the Elimination Diet didn't work, we can next try some homeopathic herbs or something like that.

Ok, so I'm not doing grains and nightshades.

Here are answers to questions you asked:

On pollution:

Air is freely flowing in baby's room? She sleeps with me. I think air flow is ok.
Only soap is used on baby's clothing and bedding? No fabric softeners? Only pure ivory soap. no fabric softeners.
Do you use a clothes dryer? It is polluting. yes i do...i don't really have time to not do so.
Pets in the house? Kick them out. yes dogs, but they stay in their own room and don't come to ours.
Did you do a full sweep of your house and personal care products as Hulda Clark said in her book Cure for All Diseases? not sure what that is, but i use natural cleaners and personal care products.
Baby's crib has paint? varnish? plastic? she doesn't go in her crib all that often
Do you have Amalgams and root canals left in your mouth? no, i got them remoed in december 2004.
Too many people kissing the baby on the face? Kiss the feet only. my husband kisses her on her nose and he is careful. i tell him not too but he won't listen to me.

Question: Have you ever done a parasite cleanse? Re-post this on Barefoot Herbalist MH forum ASKBAREFOOT and ask his opinion. yes i've done 2 parasite cleanses. last one was in january 2006. ok i'll repost this to barefoot forum.

Question: Do you have access to an anthroposophic doctor? They're pretty thorough. never heard of them but i'll look into it
