Ive only done 7 flushes before I started getting sick from them and needed a break. So Ive not been doing any cleanses for a few months. Gonna start again in a couple weeks with a parasite cleanse and then my 8th liver flush. Ive found spring is the best time for me to do these cleanses, winter seems to be the worst.

But no, no cure in my acne, actually it released so many toxins (that Im only barely recovering from) that my Acne temporarily got much worse.
