I would suspect die-off. Very often when you
set off the alarm like you did, even using a
little of the VCO, you trigger a reaction in
the parasites and they release chemicals and
also many kinds will begin to disengorge eggs
in their effort to survive. I would still use
the oil but be sure to drink plenty of water
and also consider getting some antifungals
since it is obvious you may have a substantial
issue with candida and parasites. It will
take time though and just expect that it may
be a rocky ride. Still the alternative is
living with freeloaders who get the best of
all the nutrition you eat or take in the form
of supplements.

though. If not using VCO, then other stuff.
