Hi Lauray,

I am an experienced faster using a modified juice
fast called the Master Cleanse. I have done 3
extended month fasts and many 10 day fasts, so I
sort of can see where your head is spinning.

It is a process and one which you should look at
as long term. It took you many years to reinforce
the behaviors which brought you to this place where
now you are discomforted and NEED to change.

I skimmed through your post which would make good
material for a blog. Blogs are web logs which offer
you a way to chart your progress and feelings. I
have one current one which I share with you to give
you an idea for how you might enjoy one. Check out
many other's blogs also for suggestions on fasting
which worked or in many cases, did not work. It
is a good way to learn.

Something that also stuck out in your post was your
wanting to use sugar-free products, as well,
no salt. I wanted to encourage you to seriously
do some research on the dangers of aspartame.
There is tons of info online so google, but we
also have a forum here at Curezone~~

Also using the Curezone search engine will provide
you a lot of info on aspartame.

I would also encourage you to check out the
Watercure page~~

One of the main lessons I learned while fasting
was that I was chronically dehydrated. Also, adding
good Sea Salt to my water dramatically helped improve
my health.

I am sure you are also someone who tries to never use
fat. This also is a fallacy which has been perpetrated
on the American public and is harmful. Our bodies need
good plant based oils like flax or hemp, olive or coconut,
among others.

It may take some planning and an investment in a steamer
and juicer, but there are many choices food-wise you can
make to greatly improve your health. Be mindful of MSG
and additives and you will begin to see cravings disappear.
I used to crave chocolate a lot. Now, a bar can sit in my
fridge for months. The reason for this is my body craved
fats and using coconut oil worked to satisfy that need
and thus stop the craving~~here is one good article on
coconut oil, but there are many~~

Also, if you have not looked at your body maintenance
comprehensively, now may be a good time to do so.
Things like parasites can also cause one to have intense
food cravings, especially for sweets. A candida overgrowth
also can cause reactions in the body which are the basis
for bad food choices.

Your healing journey will take time and patience. A lot
of research will help you develop the motivation and
enthusiasm you need to say YES to you. It is worth the
journey and I encourage you to face your choices and make
better ones which will add to the quality of your life.

best wishes,
Zoe
