Everything you are going through, I have been through, except the boils, and nobody told me my liver is calcified. They told me I have fatty liver disease.
If I were in your shoes, I'd start taking four drops of Lugols Iodine twice daily. Do that for a couple of months and then increase to eight drops twice daily. I'd flush my liver once a month.
The candida is there to clean up the toxins from systemic disease. If you get rid of the systemic disease, the candida will go away because there won't be any nutrients to keep it thriving.
The Iodine will start cleaning up the systemic disease.
You also need to start parasite cleansing regularly. It is my understanding, that the larger parasites need Iodine too. If you are heavily infested, they will get all they need first, leaving you without. So, unless you are getting a lot more Iodine than they can use, and that your body needs to push out the bromide, flouride, and heavy metals, Iodine won't be able to help you all that much. That is why people temporarily take it in therapeutic amounts, and take anti-parasiticals in conjunction with the Iodine.
The only way I could control the eczema (i got horrible rashes on my shins and ankles) was to avoid wheat, until I started taking Iodine. The Iodine seems to have cleared up the critters that were thriving on wheat.
I had two hemorrhoids removed surgically, a third was forming in the scar tissue, and I had a small polyp internally, next to my anal sphincter. The polyp is gone, or so small I can no longer feel it. The hemorrhoid is much better.
Im addition to taking Iodine and anti-parasitical herbs orally, I insert capsules of Wormwood anally, use garlic cloves and all manner of essential oil suppositories to keep the worms out of my butt. Here are links to a couple of my videos on how to combat this disease-
