Mealiecob here, this is my first posting, and I would like some advice on the Master-Cleanse and how (if) it will adversly affect my bones,I have osteoporosis, I feel rather worried that I might lose even more calcium if I fast, I have only the very early stages of osteoporosis, and do not take calcium,(the 2,500mg that I was taking gave me serious dihorrea, prescribed by the Doc) I try to get plenty of calcium and magnesium in my diet, I also take a suplement of Vit D. I have done the Master-Cleanse once for 10 days, lost around 7 lbs, and felt pretty fit afterwards, would now like to do it again for 20 days. any advice and comments would be much appreciated.
