he didnt have me be on a candida diet for i told him that i had Depression from my kids and prior and that my tongue was coated white...so he put me on candex and i told him about my diet which did not include anything healthy at all so he's got me eating more greens, more protein vitamins..and probiotics...i didnt tell him i think i have parasite just that i mentioned it to him and he suggest i should wait to do that next spring, which in my opinion is waay too long if my body is much healthier...he really didnt diagnose me for candida/parasite

i really believe that its my BC that would be giving me more headaches because everytime i take my candex it doesnt seem to give me the headaches, though today i havent had much headaches, but yes last week and beginning of this wk with starting my supplements/candex my headaches was terrible. i really want to stop taking my birth controls for its giving me too many problems with my moods/hormones which my naturopath is having me take hormonal balance supplements...i did tell my DR. i switched BC but he didnt mention anything of it, i do need to switch BC
