well, I'm at a loss on how to proceed. I've been trying to Colon Cleanse for a long time, on and off, for...I don't know, months? why do I stop, because it's not working and I start getting so painfully dry and dehydrated. I am drinking enough water. the problem is parasites blocking me and keeping the environment suitable for them, but not for health of course, or getting any plaque out.

I've tried oxygen based cleansers, I didn't notice anything from them. I take bowel herbs which help me, and diet is alright, no junk or processed foods...but how to cleanse this colon? I'm so frustrated. the best I've gotten so far is a homemade mix of flaxseed, slippery elm, marshmallow, apple pectin, and a tiny bit of psyllium (I can't take much). now and then I'll get a bit of plaque out, but even with this light formula, I have to stop now because I'm too dry...and it doesn't seem to matter if I keep on with it anyhow, not much plaque ever comes off.

any suggestions what I can do. I am parasite cleansing, I have been forever...it's helped, but no cure yet. I mean anything to help get the Bowel Cleanse working better. maybe drinking master cleanse type drinks? there must be something...more aloe vera juice? I'm lost...
