I have been taking mms for over a month. it certainly kills parasites dead, and probably oxidizes all sorts toxins in the body. it works differenty than iodine, which I still take, just in the middle of the day, away from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . And, unlike iodine, I don't plan to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement indefinitly. its not a nutrient, but a cleanser. like so many other things, I think that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is safe in small doses. just go slow.
