This sounds like like a typical tapeworm, there are a lot of problems with these. Many get them from dogs, or pick them up from animals esp. if you live on a farm, or even a rural setting.
If they come out, you should feel a significant improvemnet in your overall health.
The parasites can also mess with your serotonin which can cause emotional problems anxiety---you name it. Shroom
