They advised me not to do it while sick yeah.
I was however, pretty much recovered. At least I thought I was.
But I had to try to do my flush, because after this weekend it will be 6 weeks or more before I will have an opportunity to flush again (weekends all booked up for a loooong time). Im scared of my liver getting congested again.

I wanted to try it with coke. Does it really help? Unfortunately my boyfriend threw out the bottle of coke I had saved just for that. Ughghghg...

I finished a parasite cleanse right before new years..didnt see any more liver flukes. Maybe it didnt work. I feel like I parasite cleanse and parasite cleanse and never get anything out. I dont get why its not working for me. Maybe it will work better now that Im using iodine. Im supposed to start Humaworm again in April sometime. He is going to make an extra strength formula for me that will target liver flukes.

I hope you are right and having just been sick was the cause of all of this. I dont really think so though, because I threw up the last time too it just took longer to happen. It seems like my body rejects it more and more every time.

When the time feels right, Ill try a flush with the coca cola. I hope and pray there will be a way for me to continue flushing.
