If you can do a coffee enema then that is hands down the fastest, it won't fix it but it will calm things down dramatically. Lungs<->Large Intestine are tied together in TCM and the Coffee clearing you liver doesn't hurt.

parasite herbs will help, if you want to calm immediately and can find/afford it then take Hulda's 3g of CoQ10 in one dose (must be Pharma grade).

NOTE: Vick's is the only vapour rub, all others are extracted using petrol products.
