My eyes are old and bad or I would pull out the bottle and list the ingredients for you. You might check their website and see if it lists the ingredients.

I believe there is some amount of either cascara sagrada or psyllium in the Sweep, but I also think it's more than just a laxative.

Irrespective, I did a bottle of each while doing nothing else (you take one of each per day the first week, then 2 of each the second week...) and really didn't see much until the end of the treatment and even then only when I did a liver cleanse.

Now I'm doing a bottle of each while doing P&B shakes and perhaps it is just the shakes, but I'm seeing a TON of eggs and parasites coming out (after only 2 days!). I think this is because the P&B shakes moves them out faster and it's recognizable as a critter rather than just some unidentifiable lump. So even if Sweep is mostly a laxative, it's not nearly as good as the P&B shake.

I seem to have a never-ending supply of eggs and critters. I'm so disgusted that I may stay on some form of parasite medicine forever!
