i have experimented with oregano oil extensively. i no longer use it in my oil pulling oil. i use a mix of sesame and olive oil, both organic and unrefined. the only time i have used oregano oil lately is a once monthly capsule with 8 or so drops in it with a meal. it is an anti parasite measure. i like having it on hand, though. it has many uses. read up on cass ingram.

if you have no particular infection in your mouth, you can stop using it unless you want a drop in there for flavor. one can take too much oregano oil. i used to take baths with it in there. not too much or you will feel burning. at one time i was taking so much oregano oil that my skin got so soft i could almost cut it with my fingernails. yea, it will break down your flesh. and varnish. and worms. and....
