I have read on Mercola website that he is also a protein type, and that he generally AVOIDS broccoli... It steers him in the wrong metabolic direction.

I can't find the reason or cause that broccoli does this, does anyone know???

I also am definitely willing to hear what other vegetables perhaps a protein type might wish to avoid?
