Good luck! I'm on day nine of a thirty day juice fast. I'm duing fruits and veggies the first 15 days and just veggies the last 15. I've got Candida issues so I need to eliminate the sugar. I'll be doing some serious bowel and parasite cleansing when I finish this fast. This is my 2nd juice fast. My first was back in September. It lasted 22 days. I felt great the whole time. Unfortunately, I went back to my old habits (due to stress & the holidays) after the first fast. Keep us posted.
