Both drugs are easily metabolized in mammals, and have short half-life. Neither drug places significant stress on liver function, with the exception of those with diseased liver. Ivermectin could cause some neurological reactions in sensitive individuals, but only in high doses.
Both drugs have significant killing power on intestinal helminths.

Only in cases where the parasite load is massive, do I personally suspect over-toxicity will occur. The subject has enough sense to regulate the dose upon experiencing any warning signs of this happening.

Anaphylaxis will show itself very quickly after administration of drug if relevant, and be short lived [IMO]. Shroom
